In 1987, J. Arthur (Art) Garcia started working in the financial services industry with Prudential as a sole practitioner. He taught estate planning seminars throughout Southern California with various estate planning law firms. In May 2002, Art decided to incorporate his business into what is now known today as Pacific Financial Strategies, Inc. (PACFS).


Art felt this was the best way to serve his clients today and in the future. The company continues to grow through client referrals.

In 1997, Art started teaching retirement planning seminars at various colleges and universities throughout Northern and Southern California. 

2002
